7 Dimensions Wellness CIC supports people in Washington and Tyne & Wear experiencing poor mental health, isolation, and chronic stress, particularly those affected by suicide, cancer, autism, addiction, substance misuse, physical disability, menopause, and LGBTQIA+ individuals facing hardship.
We deliver accessible, inclusive wellness workshops and holistic therapies within the local community, working alongside local partners and referral networks to improve wellbeing, build resilience, and reduce isolation. We prioritise community benefit over profit, offering free and low-cost places, with all surpluses reinvested to expand support for those most in need locally.
