Wu Ji Gong is a simple to learn and extraordinarily powerful form of Taoist Qi Gong, passed down from master to student for 800 years. Practiced for just 15 minutes daily, it awakens self-love, inner peace, emotional healing & physical longevity.

WuJi Gong combines gentle movement, breathwork, and meditative awareness to harmonise the body’s energy systems, restoring your body’s natural alignment. Our students report improvements in their energy, their inner calm, diminishing of daily headaches, and the ability to respond to situations rather than to react. They report being more aware of their own body, mind and breath.
